Towards Achieving Millenium Development Goals in Nigeria: Development of E-Learning Acquisition Assessment Instrument
Abstract
This paper focused on the development and validation of an instrument for assessing the extent of e-learning acquisition by learners in tertiary institutions in Nigeria. The documentary research design was employed. Area of the study was the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. The entire population of academic staff was used in the study. Items of
the instrument were framed based on a criterion-referenced bases, using the key platforms involved in e-learning.
