Author Guidelines
Authors are invited to make a submission to this journal. All submissions will be assessed by an editor to determine whether they meet the aims and scope of this journal. Those considered to be a good fit will be sent for peer review before determining whether they will be accepted or rejected.
Before making a submission, authors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish any material included with the submission, such as photos, documents and datasets. All authors identified on the submission must consent to be identified as an author. Where appropriate, research should be approved by an appropriate ethics committee in accordance with the legal requirements of the study's country.
An editor may desk reject a submission if it does not meet minimum standards of quality. Before submitting, please ensure that the study design and research argument are structured and articulated properly. The title should be concise and the abstract should be able to stand on its own. This will increase the likelihood of reviewers agreeing to review the paper. When you're satisfied that your submission meets this standard, please follow the checklist below to prepare your submission.
Manuscripts, which must be original, theoretical or empirical, and scholarly, are considered on the understanding that they are not submitted to any other publishers. Paper, with 1-inch all-round margin, must not exceed 8 pages 12-font-size Times New Roman single-line spacing in MsWord (Windows ’97-2003), should be sent electronically as attachment to the Managing Editor, WIPRO International Academic Research Journals, through E-mail: onyenekenwa.eneh@unn.edu.ng and info@wiprointernational.org
Paper should conform to APA or Harvard style of citation and referencing. Under the title of the paper should appear the author’s name (surname first), institutional affiliation, e-mail address and mobile phone number, followed by italicized abstract of not more than 100 words.
Table or figure should be properly numbered (e.g. Table 1 or Fig. 1) and placed as close as possible to the in-text citation. Title of table should be placed above the table, while that of a figure should be placed below the figure. Map, chart, table and figure should fit into trimmed quoto size.
Minor and obvious corrections may be effected by the Editorial Board, but the Ms would be returned to author for major correction/s. Within one week of receipt of Ms, authors will be communicated on the status of their articles through their supplied e-mail addresses and/or phone numbers.
A processing fee of N50,000 ($100) is levied per accepted paper (with effect from January 2018). In addition, over-length charge of N1,500 (or $5) is levied per page in excess of nine (9) pages. Fees are payable to WIPRO International Naira A/c. No. 2005622074 of First Bank Plc or Naira A/c. No. 1191034798 or domiciliary US$ A/c. No. 1191023897 of ECOBANK Nigeria Plc. Payment can also be made on VoguePay platform.
Published papers are accessible online. Hard copy of journal issue is made available on payment of N8,000 and courier charge of N5,000.
